Tasks consist of light bookkeeping, recording income and expenses into created spreadsheet and/or accounting software. Creating invoices and credit control by sending payment reminders and chasing up payments for overdue invoices.

Tasks range from online research, collecting late payments and spreadsheet collation, to email and diary management, to coordinating administrative support through your internal and external service providers, liaise with your clients and external providers to obtain information to complete tasks and engage with your clients & internal teams at all levels.

Perform all administrative duties associated with your interdepartmental business. Secretarial tasks include: letters, emails, reports, proof-reading, mail-merges, address labels and transcribing. Additional tasks range from creating and modifying power point presentations, data entry, document formatting and typing, meeting scheduling and electronic filing.
